    3. You said to do a poem – Sandi style – but then real poemy stuff came out – and I almost threw-up a little in my mouth. And then you called me on it “being deep” and I was like (I know) And then you had your funny post. My stuff naturally just has to happen in the course of things., Not trying to do it – just happens. This post was boring. I knew it when I released it.

    4. You really don’t know anything about poetry.. Do you.. I said deep because you told everyone that they were equal, by comparing them to diamonds.. Do you even know how good your poem is.. And boring.. Read it to your husband.. And i will get a reply after 3hrs..if you know what i mean.. These are beautiful words Sandi..

    5. Well, yes, I know what I meant and is how I feel…but still ugh. I feel so silly trying to be so serious.

      Can you tell my hubby and I didn’t do VOWS at our wedding? Let’s get to the I DOs and food/drink please. DJ hit it.

      If I read this to him, he’d laugh and ask “who wrote it?” because I make fun of stuff like this…

    6. Okay.. Than do a light version.. Man.. You are now acting like one of those girls who know they are beautiful but always pretend they are not.. You can write.. You proved it.. You even beat the hell out of people who called themselves poet.. But i do know that you are a no pretend, straight forward woman.. So don’t push yourself.. I was an ass to think you need to show your talents.. Hahahah…really my mood has now completely turned off.. Hmm..

    7. Well, if we all put our minds to something, we can do almost anything. (there are limits) but it has to be in your “wheel-house” to enjoy it so others will enjoy it. Right? like how your writing flows from the depth of your soul! I can feel it when I read it. I may not necessarily understand every stanza, but I can feel your emotion.

      I do feel those things inside, but I just enjoy expressing it differently most of the time. A good thinking post can be a nice change for the occasional post…but I also have to go back to my wheel-house of talking about life in general and crackin’ wise. Otherwise, I will lose my passion. And when a writer loses their passion… I just love chatting, and I do it in the form of writing…and hope to make friends along the way!

    3. Shut up – as the teacher asks me “So what does that mean?” And I’ll start to explain, where I’ll be cut off “No, the author grew up in this time…and this was happening in history…you have it wrong.” BUT, but…it’s my poem…it’s wrong. You have no idea what you meant.

    1. don’t look at those numbers. Half them aren’t regular readers, but people advertising themselves (I follow you / you follow me) kinda thing…which I don’t. Only the ones I want.

    5. Got spammed because some other blogger approved comment on their site and than all of the good readers who actually commented on the person site also got spammed. I am not stupid. I have ensured that everything is approved by me first except for those i am following.. My spam section was registering 151 spams in dashboard.. Now i know why people don’t comment on other people sites.. Imagine If i would have approved any of them.. Hmm.. Scary thought.. I could see You and Fandango screaming He did it.. And Allison screaming, I have toddlers…

    6. Akismet stats – doesn’t that take care of that for you? There isn’t SPAM for me to physically clear? It just shows me how much it cleared for me automatically? I always have the system notify and I have to “allow” ping back each time. If it’s the first time someone is commenting, I have to approve that. It wasn’t from my site was it?

    7. oh, I think I get what you are saying, there was a comment for approval and instead of looking at it first, someone let it post? If they are new to my site, the system always requires my approval…but WHAT IF that person was approved and then later they spammed? So that it then went to everyone? And you had to DENY, DENY or disapprove/not accept over 150? OMG….that wasn’t from me was it? I don’t have any spam. There are (2) bloggers that like to list a group of blogs that participate in the Daily Post of the day as advertising their favorite sites, but really it’s just a marketing ploy to get you to their site. I approved 2 of those, because I reviewed them first and they were legit blogs.

    8. No, not from you. Why would you even think that..? Yeah but over an hour wasted.. And my energy was spent to a point where I just crashed.. All spam from Europe, Poland and other nations, didn’t even bothered checking their sites.. Their url name said it all.. Delete.. And than Delete permanently.. Imagine what your notification pane looked like.. I was seeing Allison post and than the notification pane flashed like crazy..

    10. Nah, i couldn’t even fully read Allison post and when i got up..there were more spammers waiting for my approval.. So i thought well to hell with it first let me read Fandango post..Hmm..you should see.. My comments on his post.. I hope he doesn’t feel bad.. But than i went back to fight the spammers..Allison post is still waiting.. Hope i could catch it..

  5. I have to say I’m enjoying the comment mixer above.

    Sure, I can buy your premise that we are all diamonds…some different grades capable of beauty in some way, but dulled at times. Then there are those of us who are graphite…technically the same Carbon category but rose from the Earth at a different rate, stealing the beauty and exchanging it for utility.
